The focus is virtualisation, identity and security. Operation of a hyperconverged virtualisation environment together with database, file and licence servers. Storage and backup operations including restore tests.

Identity and security

Directory service, name and address management. Firewall and core network operations, group-wide endpoint protection. User and permission management across the whole lifecycle. Patch management.

Cloud and workplace

Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and the group-wide licence estate.

Applications and site operations

Care of the application estate from ERP through CRM, DMS and PIM to CMS and ticketing. Cross-site support for endpoints, local network, meeting rooms and access systems.
